I bought this because I struggle waking up and press snooze a million times before actually getting up, so was hoping this app would actually get me out of bed. Tried to use it for the first time the other day and IT DIDN'T GO OFF!! I ended up being almost an hour late to work.. and only woke up because my cat woke me. Then when I opened my phone all I saw was a notification saying “it’s time to get up” how is anyone supposed to see that when they’re ASLEEP??? So I thought maybe it was a user error and just tried it again while awake and once again it gives you a silent notification to wake up and the alarm doesn’t go off until you open the app and when I tried taking steps it told me I was making “suspicious movements” and would not turn off. Absolutely horrible + the clock is ridiculously annoying to set.

Sometimes it turns itself off and then my alarm doesn’t ring the next morning, but like…I need it to.

Having to set the alarms with that stupid clock is so annoying, not user friendly and doesn’t work well. Just let me type in a time not have to turn the hour and minute hand and hope it doesn’t change the time 40 times to what I don’t want.

Pros - has a step counter and option to take photo to stop the alarm - force stopping the app doesn’t stop the alarm Cons - there are ways to bypass but you have to be awake enough to use them - Forces to give a review to use a theme even after paying for it

Love the combined ringtone. Pair that with steps, it never failed to wake me up in time. Capturing photos seems to have a problem tho. During setup, when photo capture is selected, taking a photo leads to the app crashing every time (with an iPhone 14 Pro). Please fix this.

I originally got this app because I constantly snooze my alarm and the original version allowed you to set a snooze limit (how many times you could snooze) which worked great. This current version no longer has that feature. The old version also had a silence bitten so you could mute the alarm while completing your steps. Crucial when you live with other people. I have tried so many times to contact support for the app in case I was missing something but even the contact doesn’t work! I always get “address not found”. I try back every now and then to see if any updates have been made or if the contact email is valid, but so far, no such luck. Apple should not allow apps to be purchased if they do not have a valid contact.

You need to leave a review to get certain features. I can't leave an accurate review on this app's functionality yet as I'm just doing the initial customization.

The description says it has an auto dismiss alarm. It does not. It also has very little instructions. If any quite frankly, it’s a poorly designed app.

Frankly, this app was the most disappointing 2 dollar purchase I’ve ever made. Although the concept of an alarm in the morning that won’t go off until you walk a certain amount of steps would be extremely valuable to help me get out of bed in the morning, Step Out! version of an alarm is a notification on your Home Screen that you have to manually tap in order to trigger the alarm. In other words, the alarm does not appear to go off automatically. If you’re looking for an Apple iPhone clock app that gives alarms in the morning but has been upgraded with the addition of a certain number of steps before turning off, this app is not for you.

This did absolutely nothing. Alarms never went off, just a notification on screen “please wake up” don’t buy waste of money

I need two different alarms on one day

To create an alarm you can’t scroll through the hour/mins or even enter them with a keypad. Oh no. You have to do this psychotic clock thing and I cannot figure it out.

Every morning I’d uninstall the app because it never acknowledged I was up, across the house, down the stairs, across the downstairs, taking a photo and … nada.

I don’t usually write reviews but hopefully I can save someone else the $2 I completely wasted on this app. You literally only get a silent notification for your “alarm” and nothing else. It will never actually go off unless you click on the app. The only way it will work properly is if you leave your phone on loud and open on this app all night which is insane to me. It’s also incredibly easy to snooze if you manage to get that far. It didn’t help me in the slightest, total waste of money, don’t buy.

Works good when you can’t wake up on time.

Love all the features of this app and it has some great effects and I love the fact it has to come out and do a good work of art work for you and you can’t do anything about the alarm till your out and about

It’ll go off for quietly for a few seconds in your notifications, even with the app active. I set a test alarm because my actual alarm never went off even though my volume was up and I left the app open. The test alarm didn’t have any step requirement, so when it went off I dismissed it and it just kept going off in my notifications for a few seconds over and over again. I deleted the alarm and it still kept going off, so I had to delete the entire app to get it to stop. Also, the feature for setting the alarm is whack. You have to like, draw the time you want set but by circling a clock instead of just typing in or scrolling to a number

If you need an actual push to get out of bed and not just hit snooze, this alarm is great

I use this app to wake up to dose my dog with her anticonvulsants in the middle of the night and it makes sure I do! Greatly appreciated.

This is the first app I’ve seen that makes me get up and walk to deactivate the alarm. It works very well!!
